The leaders of the Independent National Electoral Committee in Balcad district have officially launched the campaign for registration of voters. Also, there were leaders from the district administration at the opening ceremony.
Authorities in Balcad district have called on the community to participate in the registration of voters, to exercise their constitutional right to cast their vote on the election day.
